We work 1:1  together on the following things:

1. BUILD

In this foundational phase, we tackle the hidden obstacles that have kept you from seeing results with diets, workouts, supplements, and hormone programs in the past. We’ll make sure you’re eating enough—and eating the right foods—to support a healthy metabolism so your body can shed unwanted fat more easily.

This is where we create a rock-solid foundation in your mindset, metabolism, nutrition, and exercise. By setting these critical building blocks in place, everything that follows becomes simpler, faster, and far more effective.

In this phase, you and your coach will work to:

  • Restore and optimize your metabolism

  • Improve internal health (stress, hormones, gut and digestion

  • Identify the right foods for you, your body and goals

  • Identify the right exercise plan for your goals

  • Improve mindset and build self confidence

  • Learn the skills, knowledge, and tools you need to excel in phase 2

2. RESHAPE

With the groundwork laid in Phase 1, your body is now primed for change. In Reshape, we fine-tune your plan—tailoring foods and habits to your lifestyle, preferences, and personal needs—so you can see faster, more noticeable progress.

This is where weight loss truly kicks in, muscle tone and definition start to shine through, and you move closer to your physical goals at an accelerated pace.

In this phase, you and your coach will work to:

  • Shed unwanted body fat

  • Increase lean muscle mass

  • Learn how to incorporate social events, dining out, alcohol, date nights, family dinners and still make progress

  • Learn a balanced approach that works best for you to help reduce stress, anxiety, and obsession around food

  • Avoid self sabotage and making the mistakes that you would normally make on your own

  • Have the support and accountability

    needed to totally transform your body

3. THRIVE

Phase 3 is where you solidify your results and master the habits, skills, and knowledge you need to maintain them for life. This stage helps you build an unshakeable level of confidence and keeps you firmly in control of your nutrition and fitness goals—no matter what life throws your way.

In this phase, you and your coach will work to:

  • Coach you through a non-negotiable part of the dieting process to prevent gaining weight back by reverse dieting

  • Learn the skills needed to navigate your next set of health and wellness goals

  • Teach you how to maintain or continue to improve body composition with transformation periodization
